Delivery times If an item is in stock it will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 5 days of placing the order. Items that need to be made to order will be delivered in 2-3 weeks.

Delivery All UK orders are sent using UK Royal Mail signed-for services and a signature is required on receipt. The postage charge for orders within the UK is FREE and the rest of the World is FREE
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are there to sign for the delivery of the goods and have supplied a correct and complete delivery address. Once the goods have passed to Royal Mail, Anima Project cannot be responsible for delays in delivery or damages.

Packaging Your jewellery will be packaged safely and securely in a jewellery box with and delivered in a bubble wrapped envelope.
